		<description>Funny you should mention a study. As soon as I posted this entry a friend of mine IMed and said I was wrong and had it reversed, that exercise has declined and that this factor is more important than diet in explaining obesity. It sounded to me a little like the "your chocolate is in my peanut butter" argument and he cited a website that was actually funded by the restaurant industry, but without any evidence to back it up it makes more sense to me that we are taking in more calories. I know this is true for me, anecdotally.</description>

		<description>I agree...I have no particular study to cite as I write this, but the prepared food has so much more 'junk' (preservatives and other sketchy things) that has huge negative effects on health. We have also tried to cook more at home, and it is not only healthier but tastes way better too!</description>
