		<description>Chris if the place falls through, you might consider life at an RV park! We have two spots free. The spots rent for $250 per month plus electric. All ya need is a camper/trailer - and an old used one can be had for cheap (mine cost me $3000 but my neighbor bought his for $600).</description>
