Can this whole issue be any more absurd? I think the idea of intellectual property is outdated. If you package things for public consumption it belongs to the public. Period. If you’re an artist who wants to control your work, keep it to yourself and don’t let anyone else see it. The sorts of things these people complain about are ridiculous. Patents and copyrights have gotten entirely out of hand.
